The journey from the main entrance to Las Naranjas de Arico is a wonderful experience of Canarian architecture, exotic gardens and relaxing views. 

The lodge is located in the center of a small, picturesque village in Arico. The village has great historical value, due to its interesting old colonial houses, some well-preserved and sadly others in a bit of a decay. These houses where catalogued as of great historical, ethnographical and architectural importance as they reflect Canarian lifestyle in the 18th century.

Las Naranjas de Arico is a 2-bedroom house built on a hill side. Its main feature must be the large garden with private pool in the middle of the property as the house is split in two different buildings. On the left side of the garden there is the main building with bedroom, kitchen, living room and in a second building on the right there is another large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.  A great set up for friends travelling together or for families with grown up children where each can have his total privacy. From the garden you have a relaxing view over a barranco (clove), a small olive grove and in the distance the Atlantic.

This lodge is decorated with an artistic twist, where natural colours and materials are predominant. The little tasteful details make the house interesting and a happy place to be. You will be spoiled with luxury fabrics and a tranquil setting.  The large BBQ-corner is shared with other guests but still within a short distance from the cottage where you can privately have your meal on your own terrace.

This barefoot lodge absolutely offers you the total privacy you long for when on holiday.

We heard a lot about the climbing in Tenerife and we decided to spoil ourselves with a winter climbing holiday in the sun. Normally we always go for basic accommodations but for this holiday we decided to go luxury because the prices were so affordable. We did not regret that choice for a second! 

Thank you to the whole Tenerifelodge team for your great service, help and the impeccable naranjas lodge…the whole holiday was an overall positive experience and we had a few interesting climbing sessions with Paco.

We climbed every day, the guys at the little shop in Arico are helpful climbing and friendly. The house was amazing, we travelled with our friends and this made the lodge very affordable. We used the garden and pool every day. The village itself is amazing although there is not much going on, not even a bar or restaurant.
