Our booking policy is simple.

You send us your request; we check, we get back to you and you confirm.

 

To guarantee your booking we will ask for a 20% deposit of the total amount. As soon as we have received your deposit you will receive a voucher that reconfirms your booking together with some interesting inside info on climbing, other sports, the island, where to get the best food etc.

Some of our services do not require a deposit.

We will ask for your flight details (flight number and expected arrival time) so we know at what time we can expect you at your accommodation
