This apartment is a no-nonsense colorful accommodation with a good, equipped kitchen seating 2 to 5 guests, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a small living room, an indoor patio, great WiFi and parking right in front of the door, ideal for those fast exits to go and explore the island.

La Casa Mimosa is based in El Rio, Arico. The village was given his name by its original inhabitants, the Guanchés, and the early Hispanic visitors because it had several water streams and springs. In the Barranco del Rio lots of artefacts and remains were found from those early settlers and their livestock.
Nowadays we mostly admire the walks and the tranquility of this village with its peculiar nature and its majestic rock formations. It also has an excellent location to visit the island as it has easy access to the motorway which is our lifeline to get us anywhere in Tenerife. To the most popular climbing areas you will need the normal 10 to 30min drive.

The apartment is not directly connected to the garden and the pool, you need to walk around the house, but it’s not really a problem or far. The parking area was in the front of the house, on the other side of the road. Great location for walking and climbing.
Spacious apartment, very quiet and well equipped. Excellent value for money. We were 5 adults on a climbing trip.
We had a fantastic time. The apartment was clean with a good location for climbing, we defo had more comfort compared to other climbing destinations in other countries.
