In Granadilla you have our climber’s favorite!
The lodge is part of a small eco farm, interestingly built on different levels and located at the edge of the village of Granadilla. It will take you 15min to drive to the beach of El Médano and to the climbing areas 10 to 30min. Within walking distance from the lodge, you have several supermarkets, a few little restaurants (well worth the visit!), a small but interesting history museum and a few picturesque sights. From Granadilla you have a quick and easy road (TF-21) to Mount El Teide.
Show moreLa Casa Elvira has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy decorated living room with heating (if needed). Now don’t let this scare you if you are only 2 and you’d think this lodge might be too big for you as we often and happily rent this accommodation out to 2 guests.
You won’t miss anything in this lodge, everything is well planned, the bedsheets and towels are of excellent quality and its decoration is cozy with a lot of quirky details.
From its private terrace you have a fab view over the ocean, the mountains and part of the village. It is the perfect setting to have late night chats or have a chilled moment on a sunbed. Or maybe you prefer to sit in the garden and have a zen moment, alone. The choice is yours! The views from both the terrace and the garden are very relaxing and very Canarian like. The finca also produces biological veggies and fruits which you might be able to enjoy.
This lodge is an absolute winner!

Señora Elvira is such a gem and it totally reflects on La Casa, so much detail and effort to make us feel at home, which we did… immediately.
We’ve been to Tenerife before and we’ve stayed in several accommodations, but we will surely come back to La Casa Elvira! We now know we prefer to drive a bit further to the climbing areas in the daytime but to be able to walk to a restaurant in the evening.
This is such a happy place for parents and children! Our 3 kids got spoiled and were well entertained. Great for climbing because the areas are close by and easy to reach by car.
